Responsible for the integrity of the Association’s financials, producing timely and accurate financial statements, forecasts, analysis and corporate reporting; and manages the Corporate Services functions including IT, Performance Measurement, HR and Purchasing.

Responsible for maintaining accounts receivable and payable functions, as well as assisting the Corporate & Finance Officer. Develops and implements a plan to measure TOTA’s performance, prepares information to meet TOTA’s and Destination BC’s reporting requirements, increases the efficiency of TOTA’s administrative processes and maximizes the effectiveness of TOTA’s database systems.

Acts as TOTA’s second to the CEO, and committed to enhancing the Thompson Okanagan Tourism product assets through pro-active and on-going engagement with industry, creation of plans and strategies, collaborative implementation of these plans with TOTA stakeholders and providing the benefits of a close relationship with Destination BC to communities, tourism businesses and other industry stakeholders in the province.
