Digital and Print Guide Bundle Starts at $625 + GST

The print bundle includes the digital ad (above) plus a display ad with 50,000 copies to be printed (subject to sales). The 2019 Route 97 Road Trip Map Guide will be printed in May 2019 and distributed throughout the North Central Washington and Thompson Okanagan regions at Visitor Centres and select locations throughout BC and WA. Distribution also includes consumer shows, CANADream RV rentals, key attractions and accommodations.

ABOUT THE ROUTE 97 PARTNERSHIP

Route 97 – A Partnership with North Central Washington Economic Development District and the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association

Route 97

The Route 97 Touring program, Discover Route 97 is a joint partnership between the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) and the North Central Washington Economic Development District (NCWEDD).

This partnership has the full and active support of elected officials from three counties and their cities in Washington State (Okanogan, Chelan, and Douglas), the elected officials from the three Regional Districts and their communities in British Columbia (RDOS, CORD, NORD), the Colville confederated Tribes and the Okanagan Nations Alliance.

Part of our mission is to promote this unique region, with particular emphasis on the Columbia Cascades section of the Highway 97 corridor and all its tributaries, for the benefit of all its varied communities.

Target Markets

Target Markets include BC, AB, WA drive markets; Fly-drive markets Ontario and Northern California; EQ Explorer Types: Authentic Experiencers and Cultural Explorers, secondary markets Free Spirits. Detailed targets for BC, AB and WA markets utilize the Environics Analytics Research.

Digital Strategy

Route 97.net is promoted through social media and paid search. Seasonal campaigns include fall and spring.

2018 Route 97 Road Trip Map Guide + Poster Map

The third Route 97 Road Trip Map Guide was completed May 2018 with 50,000 copies (an increase of 10,000 over 2017 and 20,000 over 2016). The guide includes a centre spread pull out map and poster version for Visitor Centres. Increased distribution in North Central Washington included select accommodation and attractions, plus the Seattle Convention Centre,  Spokane Visitor Centre and Ellensburg Visitor Centre.

The poster map is 2×3′ and is distributed to Visitor Centres and Key Attractions.
