Interior Salish Language Resources
Language resources are available through the First Peoples’ Cultural Council (FPCC), a provincial Crown Corporation formed by the government of British Columbia to administer the First Peoples’ Heritage, Language, and Culture Program.
FPCC offers several free, public resources to support the revitalization of Indigenous languages, arts, and cultures through several resources, including:
FirstVoices Language Information & Tools
FirstVoices is a suite of web-based tools and services designed to support Indigenous language archiving, language teaching, and culture revitalization. Each language has a dedicated page with soundclips of words, songs, phrases, and stories, as well as language learning games and printables.
