The largest component of Summerland Waterfront Resort’s energy efficiency is the state-of-the-art geothermal system which is upgraded regularly. The geothermal system draws naturally occurring heat from the earth to provide the hotel's heating and cooling systems, plus the heating of the outdoor pool and two hot tubs.
