Constitution & Bylaws

 

The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) is a not-for-profit society formed under the BC Societies Act and governed by the Constitution and Bylaws document. The constitution sets out the name and purposes of the society. The bylaws contain provisions respecting the internal affairs of the society, including membership, directors, general meetings, and restrictions.

TOTA voting members last approved changes to the Bylaws at the 2017 AGM.
